Registration of Business with Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry
ICCI has been serving the Economy of Pakistan and has continuously contributed to its development and progress. The ICCI always tries to support and serve the business community and highlight the issues in front of Government in order to resolve them. If you are running your own business or working in an organization and want to become Corporate Member of ICCI. Following is the procedure that you need to follow,
Required Documents if Business is Sole Proprietorship:
1. Obtain Membership Form from ICCI official website or Office
2. Fill in the form properly.
a. Write business name and then business owner name
b. Must provide 2 reference/seconded which should be valid member of ICCI
c. Mention the Person Name, Business Name, Membership Number with signature separately for both seconded.
d. Properly fill in the particulars of applicant
e. Tick the relevant box i.e. Proprietorship, Partnership, AOP, Ltd /Pvt Ltd, Multinational Co, Manufacturing Concern
f. Put the complete name of Business
g. Business Address
h. Write the Complete name of Business Representative
i. Fill the remaining particulars accordingly
j. Mention the Sales Tax Registration Number if you are registered with Sale Tax authority
k. Tick the relevant field of business you are doing
l. Fill the remaining accordingly
m. Then declare that the particulars given in this Application Form are true and belief that no criminal record/conviction and that nothing has been concealed.
n. Put Signature with Stamp of Business.
3. Fill the Computerized Membership Card
a. Fill in the required field with same information given in registration form
Attach the Following documents while registering your business
a. A copy of CNIC/ Passport of Proprietor
b. Three photographs of the proprietor (one for pasting on the application form & two for ID Card)
c. A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of business or NTN verification of Sole Owner where such Business should be shown
d. Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of business
e. A copy of Sales Tax Registration and latest Sales Tax Return, if registered / applicable
f. Rent Agreement/Lease Deed of office as a proof of business on the indicated address
g. Original Account Maintenance Certificate from your bank on the name of business
In the end, submit registration form along with above mentioned documents with FEE as prescribed by ICCI. With urgent fee you will be get registered within 2-3 days and with normal it will take one week. Almost.
